Concealing structural steel needed to open the plan while maintaining the ceiling height of the original mouldings.

Structural coordination, custom shelving mock-ups and a 1:20 lighting study rendered in V-Ray.

Full LED retrofit, refurbishment rather than replacement of the original parquet, low-VOC finishes throughout.
